Yes, diplomacy always fails Darth, which is why the majority of people have around 6-8 regions through diplomacy. Please, check things out before you make yourself look dumb in that respect.

Also, you refer to the UUU as an ugly beast, yet you're the aggressor here, while the UUU's purpose is for the pursuit of peace. Again, your point falls.
