Independent fishing vessels report presence of Utopian Navy to their military. Ind. AU40 broadcasts to intruders.
"UUS vessels, you have entered AU40 territorial waters. State your intentions and come no further into territory. Failure to do so will be seen as aggressive action."

"I am here it ask for you to honorably join the United Utopian States, or to be attacked upon by the United utopian States, we will then proceed to absorb you into our Nation upon defeating your defenceive force"

They reply shortly, "BRING IT"

the single fighter that was already in flight is ordered to land on the carrier.

the carrier is ordered to prep all aircract but the fighters for lift off with all ordinance, the Armed Drone will be launched first, prepare for the lone fighter to land and for the strike fighters to land.

the Stelth sub carriers are ordered to surface and launch the Strike fighters then submerge again.

the strike fighters, 2 are ordered to fire air-to-ground missles at the flak gun at maximum range, the other 2 will be 2 mins behind the first and will hit the missle infantry (near the targeted flak gun) with all ordinance (missles and bombs or whatever would be effective against infantry) and then all land on carrier

the regular sub is told to scan the sea for enemy subs, or mines/costal defences.

the transport ship is ordered to prep all landing teams.

all ships are ordered to stay out of range of the long range coast guns.

The strike fighters destroy the flax gun and manage to evade infantry-fired missiles.

Everything else pretty much just moves

the armed drone launches, and moves to where the mobile armor is and fires on the Missile Infantry from afar.

the strike fighetrs are ordered to land, replenish, refit and all 4 go out to attack the missle infantry near the coastal guns, then the bomber also follow them, cleaning up anything else

The armed drone fires at the missile infantry from long-range, and loses accuracy because of this. Missile Infantry takes cover but takes casualties.

4 Strike Fighters attack entrenched 2 Missile Infantry. They choose to close in on their targets for better damage. The soldiers fire when in range, and force 2 of the StrikeFighters to evade and use countermeasures. The other 2 StrikeFighters attack the infantry and inflict minor casualties on the entrenched soldiers, who take cover in their defenses, and remain there throughout the bomber attack, taking casualties again.

the armed drone stays in the sky as an observer of the battle, out of missle range.

the strike fighters and bomber land, re-arm and re-fuel then take off.

2 strike fighters target 1 Missile Infantry (4/5th Strength) and the other 2 target 1 Missile Infantry (2/5th Strength).

the bomber targets the missle infantry that are with the armor, armed with extra flares.

while the airstrike is happening the medium warship and light warships fire missles at the artillery guns...

1st 2 strikefighters approach missile infantry. One fires its ordinance and inflicts causalities. The other fails to release its payload or flares, and takes damage from surviving infantry. It turns back and limps to the carrier.

2nd pair of strikefighters unleash their fury and return to the carrier. Their targets had left cover to try to finish off the retreating strikefighter, but were taken by the 2nd pair's attack and killed.

The armed drone fails to keep track of where the missile infantry are, having taken cover. The bomber unloads in their general area, and turns back.

The Utopian Navy manages to miss their target area entirely, destroying a beautiful beach instead.

Utopian Losses:
1 Strike Fighter is damaged. It can no longer take part in this battle.

Independent Losses:
2 Missile Infantry are killed. The remaining one (with the mobile group) is left at 3/5th strength

The warships rearm and try again but with a positive confirmation from the drone.

the strike fighters land and the 3 good strike fighters rearm along with the bomber and take off again, 1 strike fighter and the bomber aim for the missle infantry while the other 2 strike figters aim for the Mobile Gun Artillery.

Utopia's navy launches, and its missiles fly true. One of the costal guns is destroyed by naval bombardment, its crew also perishing or routing.

When the strikefighter and bomber return to the mobile independents, the missile infantry is nowhere to be found. The pilots decide not to risk collateral damage, and do not release their payloads.

The other planes destroy a mobile artillery.

The rest of the mobile independents have dispersed. It is unclear if they intend to continue resisting or if they are routing.

the Bomber and strike fighter are at stand by over the coast by the costal gun

Admiral Nick sends out a radio broadcast on the same signal that they were talking on earlier

"i was just getting started bitches! are you done now or what?"

There is a return transmission: "No surrender to men with potty mouths."
And transmission ends.

The independents continue to disperse into the countryside, many of the units enter urban centers.

the strike fighter and bomber are told to destroy the last coastal gun.

the invasion force on the landing ship begins to land on the coast.

the stealth subs surface and launch the vtol's with the humvees, all landing forces will regroup on the beach befor moveing out.

Sunrise on the pacific silhouetting proud naval vessels, the fires and smoke from burning costal batteries, and accented by a fresh explosion from an ammunition store, provide a dramatic backdrop to Utopian forces unloading from VTOLs and landing craft onto the Australian mainland.

the tanks, humvees and infantry sourround the city, the artillery have the city in range with the support infantry with them, the helicopters are at standby on the aircraft carrier, the armed drone lands rearms and takes off onece again to observe the battle and fire if needed...

Aerial surveillance reveals a unit of medium tanks patrolling on the streets. The other vehicles are not sighted, and infantry has apparently dispersed itself throughout the countryside and city. Several factories and other buildings have been set alight or destroyed by independent forces, which along with tire and garbage fires have generated smoke.

*a loud speaker is given to eveyone sorrounding the city*

*each loud speaker basicly says*

"all citicens are to leave the city or may be casulties of war, when you leave the city you will not have a weapon on you, falure to do so could result in death, you have 2 hours and 30 minutes to leave the city, that is when we are comeing in with the safety off"

*the 3 strike fighters and bomber all go into the county side that enemy forces were seen entering and unload ordinance on everything that is seen on their infared vision that even somewhat looks like a human*

*the armed drone locks onto enemy armor and waits*

Some small numbers of people (less than 10%) and some civilian vehicles head away from the city (along roads) to meet the UUS forces.

UUS aircraft search the countryside of AU40 and find several vehicles and a few buildings full of people. They destroy the vehicles and kill the people. It is unknown if their targets were military or not.

*my medium and light tanks enter the edge of the city and scann for enemys*

*my Aussult and Missle troops stick together and clear each house as fast as possable, telling them not to shoot civilians, only shoot people with uniforms or if they are aiming a gun at us, if they are armed disarm them however possable and tell them to exit the town or die*

*medics are right outside the town, if any fighting happens conserning the infantry they will be called in*

*the fighters launch from the carrer and fly over the city a few times trying to instill fear in the civilians and troops*

*the combine/aussult helocopters circle the town and train their guns on the outskirts of the city, looking for movement, if gunfire is heard they will swarm in that direction and only shoot those that are armed and that are confirmed not our troops*

*the aussult helocopters circle my tanks and provide close air support for the tanks*

*the 3 strike fighters and 1 bombers after rearmed ready for takeoff*

*another broadcast is sent out on the origional signal*
"we are comeing into the city and this is you last chance to throw up your arms and leave the fight with your lives, honor, dignity, and rights"

The armed drone takes the medium tanks while they pass through an open square and devastates them. One of the tanks escapes and heads down an ally, where the drone can't see it. (1/5th strength Medium Tank unit survives)

Utopian Armor (2 Medium, 2 Light) drives through the people heading toward them from the city and enters along main streets where they still have some maneuverability (tho still not full). One of the light tanks is disabled by a mine, leaving its unit at 4/5th strength.
The group is almost finished passing through Australians leaving the city (armor itself is at edge) when some of them reveal themselves to be militia members, firing small arms at the rear of the tanks.
This causes confusion, but deals little damage. Some of the light tanks turn back to respond when some missile infantry soldiers fire at them upper story windows in the city. 2 more light tanks are lost. The mediums rake the windows with machine gun fire and blow apart the base of the building the missiles came from.

The utopian infantry faced similar challenges as they made their way through the people leaving the city. Some of them turned out to be militia members, and forced shootouts with the utopians. Some of the vehicles leaving the city were car-bombs, and were remote-detonated when used as cover. Several militia and Utopian Assault infantry are killed.
When the utopians make their way into the city finally, and spread out to clear houses quickly. Some are engaged in the city by Independent Australian armed forces. Many are lost in ambushes, but they manage to tie down some of their enemies long enough for helicopter support to arrive and provide cover.

The helicopters manage to relieve the Utopian infantry for now, but have no success at inflicting major casualties.

Aerial surveillance shows a crowd gathering near the city center.
The smoke from the fires continues to make aerial surveillance less effective.

that didnt kill any of the remaining Missile Infantry at (3/5) strength?





The light tank that only has 1 left in the unit (1/5) is sent to where the infantry was ambushed and patrols the bodys provideing cover while the medics and support infantry move up, the support infantry go the where the tanks were ambushed and attempt to repair, the medics go to where the infantry were ambushed and attempt to heal/revive all infantry...

the remaining missle infantry (1 is full and the other is 3/5) support the light tank and the remaining 1/5th Assault Infantry cover the support infantry allong with the 3 humvee squads (2 MGs 1 TOW) moveing up behind the 1 light tank squad that is right behind the 2 medium tank squads...

2 strike fighters aim for one bridge while the other strike fighter and bomber aim for the other bridge, so that there is no back door way out of the city...

(my troops have always been on the opposite side of the river so it doesnt cut off their path)
