Superior vs. Independent NEA 32

Capture the Main City and Eliminate Enemy Forces
Get the Group of Misfits to a tower for better analysis

Superior forces arrive from the east.
Two cities, one in north and one in south (capital).
Scattered smaller and medium settlements.
Cities and medium settlements have large, silvered and curvy structures of odd design on their outskirts. Local population in cities in very low, compared to amount of infrastructure.

Superior Expeditionary Force:
5 Truck
2 Assault Infantry
1 Missile Infantry
1 Misfit
2 Medium Tank

Independent Forces (In Capital):
1 Mechanized Infantry

Also move dem misfits to a tower, they should be able to figure out part of whats going on in them.

One, outnumbered by far, the mechanized infantry surrender to the Superior forces when they arrive in the capital. They hand over their leader to Superior also, as he told them to fight to the last man.

Superior Misfits travel with the main force, and then investigate the structure outside the capital.

Well... alright then

My Forces take the Leader and imprison him. My forces also keep the troops who surrendered in one area so that they can keep an eye on them until a further decision is made on them. They are told that no harm will come to them, however.

The Misfits continue what they are doing...

Later, from the government headquarters, the following message is broadcasted throughout the region:

"People of <NAME OF NEA 32 HERE>, your people have been liberated from the oppressive government which had wreaked havoc upon its own land! Today marks its new begining, as Superior and the GLC have taken the nation under their protection. Your former ruler is now in our hands and is to stand trial if he is found guilty of the crimes we believe he has committed. If you are hiding, come out of hiding, everyone must gather together to rebuild the nation and reform its government. In the coming days we will start the rebuilding process, so come and help remake <NAME OF NEA 32 HERE>!"

EDIT: Count that as an annexation

Some of the devastated civilian population respond to the call and present themselves as a small assembly to meet Superior and talk about stuff.

In the silvery structure, the misfits discover the remains of thousands and thousands of humans. Very small numbers of live humans remain, looking scared and psychologically ruined from their experiences. Heavy use of lethal drugs for injection seems evident. After being killed, the bodies were incinerated to save space in storage and allow them to be spread around, not concentrated in graves.

Also, there are documents in the government center recording the movements of people to the structures spread around the territory, but no movement out.

The Misfits remove the live people from the tower. "Command, we found survivors in this tower, we should search the rest. Looks like pretty standard stuff here, nothing too special." They clear the area. "Command, these towers would make great targets, the guys back in R&D are probably getting excited already."

The massive structure outside the former capital of NEA32 stands strong and resolute, a testimony to the effort of a man fallen into madness. Around it, the very air itself superheats, scatters, and glows. Pieces of the silvered building shatter or disintegrate, the rest collapses from damages.
In Superior, few members of the population noticed the blink in their electronics and lighting.

All of the towers are to be searched. Once the survivors have been removed, they are to be destroyed. However, one tower will be left standing as a reminder to what has occured.

A meeting is held in the capitol city, arranged at a town square. An official from Superior stands on a platform and begins to speak:

"Currently, Superior has assumed control of the region following an act of intervension to end the genocide of the previous government. However, it is ultimately up to the inhabitants of the region wether they wish it to remain as such and become citizens of Superior, or to return to a state of independance. That is the primary reason as to why this meeting has been called, along with several other key issues which are as follows -

- Punishment to be delivered to the former leader of the government. As of now he is in our custody and will be facing trial for crimes against humanity.
- Punishment to be delivered to the former military forces, which have surrendered and are currently being held as Prisoners of War.
- Rebuilding of the region. Regardless of your people affiliation with us, we will assist in the rebuild.

So, now is the time to discuss the matters at hand and voice your concerns. Thank you."

The official steps down from the platform.
