The Helicopter lands and a Soldier wearing heavy assault armor a Two white stripes on his shoulder indication his rank as Colonel. He looks around the landing strip briefly then beckons for John Flak too exit behind him.

John Flak exits the helicopter Col Howlind acting as his bodyguard. He has one of his signature Cigars lit and is wearing an NIC military camoflauge hat.

Flak and howlwind Go to the UUS diplomatic building

Flak and howlwind are ushered into the diplomatic room where President Henry is...

"I heard NIC landed, how are you and what do you wish to disscuss?"

Flak puts out his Cigar.
"Doing fine, don't have lung cancer yet" *he smiles*

"On Request from the NIC senate and in intrest for world politics and peace the NIC is holding a Summit regarding the Situation in Australlia. The UUS has been invited so a compromise may be reached between the NAR and the UUS to prevent all of southeastern Australia falling into a state of total war"

Howlwind isn't paying attention more concerned with checking on the situation back home through a device attached to his Wrist armor

"well, i will be happy to have diplomatic talks, i never started war with the NAR, accually the UUS didnt declare war on the NAR, and wont unless were are attacked by them, but they were happy to declare war on us...but yes i could be present to represent UUS in diplomatic talks..."

"Very well then *Flak grabs a cigar from his coat and lights it*, The meeting will be held as soon as i return to magnus and world will be sent"

"Holwind, Come, we are going"

The colonel looks up giving President Henry a wordless stare then walks off behind The Consul

They leave in thier helicopter

A very large jet is seen entering the airspace above the UUS, requesting permission to land.

*permission is granted at the Large Military Airbase*

*a convoy of 1 limo and 5 light tanks are at the air base when the jet lands, the limo pulls up to the jet and a door is opend*

The door slowly drops on the jet as a great red carpet is rolled out onto the stairs down. Ten brightly colored men wielding trumpets suddenly run down the ramp and blair out extremely loud noise resembling music. A rotund midget suddenly runs down the stairway leading up to the jet and says in a high pitched voice
"His rrroyal majesty, King Ragnvald I, rule of Denmark, Warden of the North, Defender of the Baltic, and Master chef, has come in person on this fine day!"
At the end of this an aging man wearing a bright red silk mantle over a coat of a rich purple color wearing over a dozen valuable gems on his person. He stepped lightly down from the stairs and approached the waiting UUS party.
"Greetings my friends! How are you on this excruciatingly hot day? I say, is it always so hot down here? My assistants tell me that you had tried to contact me before, but I don't quite believe them. All I got was this rather loud beeping noise. Bloody useless thing is always going off, never leaving me a moment's peace. I decided that I had too much free time and might as well come in person. Now, why exactly did you wish to speak with my nation? No one actually informed me. They keep telling me to answer the beeping sound, but I'm still not quite sure whats causing it."

* The driver of the limo gets out and is a 7" 8' tall black man with an insanely deep voice announces*
"Heeeenry lax, president of UUS, keeper of peace, defender of glory, purger of all that is evil and Dark Knight of the old Templar...is in the limo waiting for his royal majesty to join him in the cool limo"

"My god good sir! How did you ever fit inside such a tiny limo! you must one day teach me that trick good sir. Oh yes, thats right, someone is waiting for me in the limo. It looks quite stuffy, but it will have to do. Good day my magical friend."
On that note Ragnvald enters the parked limo and loudly talks to the man inside.
"Good day Mr. President. Thank you for having me in your fine country. How are you feeling sir? I'm quite famished to tell you the truth. Travelling always finds a way to make me hungry. May I ask who designed this limo of yours? It is rather uncomfortable. And you must tell me where you found that rather large man who managed to drive you here. Oh yes, the reason we're here. As I understand it, theres some matters of importance you would like to discuss?"

"lets get relaxed first"

*Henry snaps his fingers and a French cheif jumps out of a cushion that connects to the trunk and sits on one of the seats next to the now open cavity to the trunk*

"what would you like sirs!?"

Recoiling in suprise, Ragnvald suddenly shoots his arm forward and knocks the sudden intruder out. He then proceeds to pick up the body and throws it towards the rather large black man outside.
"Sir! An assasin just tried to claim our lives! Send this scum to the dungeons immediately! He must be tried and hanged!"
Turning back towards the president, he calmly says
"No need to thank me good sir, he will not have another opprotunity to claim your life while I am here! you should look into those compartments of yours. They have too many ways for people to hide. you never know who could be waiting for you. Now, what is it you wished to speak of?"

"thank you you majesty, but he is my cheif, not to worry he makes me food all the time"

"dont get startled at this one tho"

*Henry claps his hands twice*

*a clone of Chuck Norris pops out from a seat near the door, runs outside grabs the unconsious cheif brings him inside, lays him down inside the limo in the passanger seat, then chuck norris goes to the kitchen/trunk and grabs two menus, he then passes them out to them bolth*

"Charles, get the convoy moveing to my house"

*limo and light tank escorts move tword the capital building(not the diplo building)*

Scoffing at this pathetic excuse for a man, Ragnvald continues in a bemused voice
"Dreadful old man, isn't he? Just quite dreadful. I don't kno why you have these people pop out, but you could have a finer taste in bodyguards. Quite harmless, isn't he? Oh, no thank you fine sir. I have no need for food at this time. It seems that m recent exercise has sated my hunger. how quaint. If I remember correctly, my most trusted friend and long time companion Rommel has had quite a problem with you lately. but, it is of no matter right now. I must ask once again, is there something of which you'd like to speak of?"

(a clone can be any age, doent mean it must be the age of the origional person, lol)

"this is a clone of the gratest man that isnt of royal blood that ever lived!"

"anyway, i wash to speak to you about a possable trade between our contries and if you are up to it a Non-Agression pact"

the UUS is no longer in the UUU

"you would dare demand such a ludicrous thing of my people! Why would I ever waste my time trying to be aggressive to your tiny nation? Trade though, trade is perfectly fine. My father was a trader, which is probably why I beheaded him in the first plae. But enough of that! Trade shall prosper between our people! However, if you will excuse me, it seems I have another appointment to make. Farewell good sir! And do watch out for that vile scum next to you."
The king jumps out of the vehicle and goes to board his plane to go to his next location.

*High Commander Nick, ruler of the HRA, arrives at the UUS embassy.*

"I'm Here to speak to President Henry. It is... rather urgent."

"yes, just continue up to the roof, I belive he is up there takeing a break right now"

*Nick walks up to the roof, telling his body gaurds to wait in the lobby. He opens the door and approaches the President*

"Hello, sir. I have a proposition ffor you that you may find quite enticing."

"hmm, I heard what happened last time our nations spoke, but ok go ahead i will listen"

"I would like it noted that your diplomat can't handle the courtesy drinks and stress at the same time... Anyway, I was thinking there is a way we could help each other and to show that we can share this continent in a civil way."

*Nick hands President Henery a writen charter*

"This is a temporary alliance request. I would like to be able to gain territories and make my nation stronger without the threat of your stronger forces taking what is useful to me.

I heard what happened with the people in the indipendant nation to the north of me. I cannot have such a hostile people so close to my borders. It's bad for buisness. I would like to help you get back at them. I will provide military aid and help you take them into your nation. But in return, all I ask is that you do not expand anywhere west of my nation or that independant.

I feel like this is a fair offer."

"this limits my country's access to...help other territories in a way that hely my nation also...but, i guess there is open space else where..."

*Henry paces back and forth, takes a sip of vodka and rum then observes the charter*

"so this entitles you to help me with the invason of AU 04...before i agree i must know what your planned invasion force is..."
