A helicopter bearing a Usonian Diplomat and his entourage land at the the tower, disembark, and make their way through the building to whichever officer, minister or VIP will receive them

A group of guards escorts the new arrivals to a meeting room. A diplomat is present and ready to discuss any issues.

Following your proposals a line will be opened with the head of superior.

The diplomat gives his two proposals,
1. That Usonia would like to establish an alliance with it's neighboring country, and
2. That Usonian would like to establish a permanent Embassy in Superior

Inside the meeting room, a large screen activates, showing the leader of Superior sitting at his desk and leaning into the camera with an excited look.

"An alliance you say? Yes... this could turn out well considering our given locations. Don't want to be shootin da neighbors, eh?" He sits back and hits a button on his desk. From both his table and that in the meeting room, bottles of the finest whiskey appear. Shot glass filled to the brim, he continues "T'was a family tradition to have a drink at gatherings to help smooth things over..." Downing the fiery liquid in one gulp he laughs and speaks again "So, I'd like you to expand on your alliance idea, some general terms and conditions... we each have another neighbor, so how would they be a part of this? Oh, and don't worry about that embassy, I have tasked my people with preperation of one within the building you are currently occupying."

As the Usonians down their drinks, the Ambassador speaks up, seaming to be infected by the excitement of his opposite. "Well, that was worth the wait. I have received word that the Chicagoans have already expressed interest in this formation. They would appear to appreciate hearing of your involvement from one of your people. And can I express our appreciation for our promised quarters. If you'll make this trick table produce another round, a toast to a bright future for our countries!"

A jet requests permission to enter Superior airspace. The jet is emblazoned with the UCL flag and it's national colors.

Permission is granted and the jet is given direction to an airfield near the government center. A helicopter shuttle will be waiting there for transport to the Foreign Affairs Center.

The plane lands, and lone man in a dark blue suit walks down the ramp. He waits to be escorted to wherever he needs to be.

The man is flown by helicopter and then lead to the meeting room, where people bearing the signs of Usonia are sitting around a table. Upon entering, he is greeted and asked to be seated.

From the main doors, the leader of Superior bursts through the door with his bottle and two shot glasses, both full. He sits next to the man from Chicago and hands him the shot. "So, gentlemen, lets get started"

"We'd like to put a league together." He picked up the shot glass, and downed it in one go. It had a fiery taste going down, but Henrik wasn't even buzzed. "Usonia," he glanced at the other diplomat, "approached my own nation earlier today requesting this. We think this would provide a great opportunity for all of us. We would be much stronger together than we would be apart."

The leader gets up with a bottle in hand and begins to circle the table, slowly moving towards the usonian diplomats. "I believe that it would be beneficial for all of us to work together for our combined good." As he reached the first Usonian man, he took his shot glass and refilled it. "We all have much in common... and much at stake... should one of us suffer... or fall..." he filled all glasses on the table as he rounded back to his seat. Falling into it he finished his statement, turning to the man from Chicago "A League sounds fine... should our friends from Usonia agree, I believe that we have a deal."

He raises his shot glass, and waits for the others around the table to answer the request.

Henrik nods, and raises his glass.

A disarmed URS helicopter circles outside permitted airspace. It requests permission to land, stating it carries a diplomat and his guards.

Back in the conference room, the Usonian diplomat is taken off-guard by Henry's conditioned response. "Of course we, Usonia, agree to a league, I brought it to the table in the first place. Anyway, we have two immediate matters, the first being what name we shall grant this endeavor, the second being where it's should be rooted."

"I propose the Great Lakes Alliance. Of course, that acronym may have already been used for something else in the past..." Henrik stared at the ceiling as he tried to remember exactly what the GLA could have been...

A plane carrying a representative from the People's Republic of The Bering Strait is requesting permission to land, and an audience with your minister of foreign affairs.

A plane carrying a representative of Gibraltaria requests to land, and is seeking an audience with [insert government official here].

" You are cleared for landing in Superior. Upon landing you will be escorted to the government building where you will meet with Henry Stevens."

The diplomat lands and follows his escort(presumably) to the meeting.

"Hello, my name is Gregory Inatio. I am the appointed diplomat to Superior from Gibraltaria. I have been sent here to negotiate both a non-aggression pact and a trade agreement with your nation."

*A representative from the GLAU arrives at the Foreign Affairs Center of Superior and proposes a trade agreement.*

Or so Death thought. Unfortunately his representative has just stepped foot inside Superior and is currently on his way to the Government Building.

"Hello Mr. Inatio. Both of those sound fine and I will agree to them. Inform your superiors so that the trade arrangements can be finalized." Henry takes a drink of water and swallows. After coughing a couple of times he continues "Im sorry but I must cut this meeting short, it would appear that I have another visitor. You will be escorted back to the airfield. Oh, and feel free to take something on your way out" he says, motioning to a table with various bottled beverages on it.

*The representative arrives at the government building and waits for diplomat to open up to hear his proposal*

"The GLAU is interested in extending a trade agreement to the Nation of Superior."
