"The Charter leaves it open to personal opinion whether or not the nation in question is reformed. In my personal opinion that is what it would take to show me that the UUS is reformed. The Moscow Union may very well have a different opinion on how the UUS could show it's devotion. In that case the UUS could earn my vote by participating, but may not earn theirs.

A statement from DPRS Displaced Government ((not the DPRS representative)):
"In the wake of recent events, the DPRS finds itself with no territories in which to conduct our affairs. As such, we ask that a World Union member nation extend us hospitality to shelter in their territory."
