The United States of America continues to wage war against itself and independent states around it.

A humanitarian crisis continues in some independent states in Northwestern Africa (36, 37, 41). They are currently experiencing famine, and there is starvation.

In the New Australian Republic, a military coup led by General Mike Williams overthrew the democratic government under Samuel Aldridge. Current information from the region is incomplete and unreliable, but it appears President Aldridge may have been killed or imprisoned. Williams has not yet declared any new policies.

The Great British Empire experienced a peaceful change in leadership to King Charles IV, upon the natural death of King Charles III. Currently, the state holds its same position to all nations (indifferent unless you have an agreement with them).

Northern Asia 60 has declared itself a Manchurian province, and been recognized as such by the Manchurian government.

It is indifferent to everyone. It is hostile to Res Publica Latini.

Italy's current leadership has a history of being oppressive to its citizens, and controlling nearby independent states through threats and playing each against the other.

Latest estimates place number of civilians killed or displaced in the thousands. In a recent statement, General Kavila of Thailand declared the situation 'unfortunate losses, but necessary for the ultimate defeat of our despised enemy, so fight on no matter the cost!' Much of the current situation here is unclear, but it's obviously tragic.

A bomb detonates in a government hospital and severely damages it in Eastern Europe 04 (Finland). Casualties not yet established, but it can be assumed they will be high.

EastAsia35 integrates with China.

In Finland, casualties have been confirmed. 37 dead, 90 wounded.

Representatives of Armed State of Thailand and Indochinese Coalition begin peace discussion in Phnom Penh [In SouthEastAsia 19]. Combat continues, though at a less intense level.

The peace talks between Indochinese Coalition and Armed State of Thailand, which began on the 14th, continue. Combat continues, but so far has avoided the Phomn Penh area.

Strategic bombing of Southeast Asia 19 by Armed State of Thailand.

"I am here in Phnom Penh, in the midst of a cruise missile bombardment. Three strikes against downtown Phnom Penh have already hit, and we can only assume we'll be hit again. This attack seems out of place in the city, site of what had been a promising peace conference between Armed State of Thailand and Indochinese Coalition. This attack definitely won't be a posit- *an explosion behind the reporter shakes the camera and interrupts him. He looks behind him and then back at the camera.* As you can see, the attack is still ongoing. We had high hopes for this region, but perhaps it may be falling.

North Asia 36 is forced into Manchuria. North Asia 25 and 34 integrate with DPR Sibaristan in response.

Finland announces that it is now at highest domestic and military alert level.

Indochinese Coalition strategic bombing against Armed State of Thailand. Major missile base is attacked. Indochinese officials claim it was base used to launch attack against Phnom Penh. Word from Thailand is that Indochinese bombers also destroyed a small town near the base.

Thai forces enter Southeast Asia 19, were already present in SEA 14, 16. Combat with Indochinese forces in those territories continues. In SEA 16, Indochinese forces almost entirely expelled from the territory.

Micheal Wilson takes command of the United States of America after a long, bloody and destructive war. The country's infrastructure in many areas lies in waste. The people are war weary, but a slight majority support President Wilson. He declares a mission of promoting and spreading American Justice.

People fight in Southeast Asia. Chinese military forces actively engage alongside Indochinese forces with Thai military. Regular air strikes against Armed State of Thailand are impractical because of extensive air defense system. Thailand continues cruise missile attacks against Coalition targets.

Armed State of Thailand has conquered SEA16 entirely. The local government is dissolved, it's members missing or killed. The territory is no longer independent, being part of Thailand now.

In response, the Indochinese Coalition declares annexation of SEA19.

Chinese aircraft carrier, Xi Maojīn, is sunk by Thai cruise missile attack. 2,789 crew members and pilots were lost. 6 fighters were stationed on the Xi Maojīn, only one was airborne during the attack and survived.
