National Imperial Coalition World Tower

A large tower stretching from the center of an Antartic city, the top is illuminated by 8 large spotlights one pointing in each direction (east, west, north, south, southeast, southwest, northwest, northeast). In the middle is the current NIC flag waving in the frozen breeze. Inside is a vast complex designed to house diplomats and ambassadors and keep them comfortable. The building has a working clinic and Nuclear Generator incase of emergency. Armed guards patrol the corridors as NIC Mechanics survey the structure and keep it constantly maintained. The Armory, Bank and Panic Vaults are set within reinforced concrete and titanium walls in the second basement floor. The First basement level has a large meeting table with a bulletin board on one side and on the other rests a large heating vent, an old UN flag sits in a well lit corner of the room. The Bulletin Board reads the latest in world news and events.

In the record room there are terminals each with one of the Catagories displayed on it.

A pair of men in heavy snow gear approach the tower. When confronted they reply that they are diplomats from the United Peoples of South Africa and wish to discuss things with the National Imperial Coalition.

The Guards let the diplomats in and show them around the tower, afterwards they escort them to a well lit meeting room.

a Man at the end of a table turns his chair around, he is a gruff semibeared man around the age of 40 and starting to gray. He is wearing a Blue Beret with the NIC flag emblem on the front and is smoking a cigar witch he puts out swiftly into an ashtray.

"have a seat"

One of the men takes a seat, the other refuses, saying he'd rather stand. The man in the seat puts down his hood revealing an aged man, blinded in one eye.

"so.." the man brings his hands together.

"What brings you to Antartica"

"The lovely weather." The one eyed man replied with a smile. The other man chuckled silently to himself.

"But in all seriousness, my nation requested that I travel to your icy home for a request trade and peace. In other words UPSA offers trade routes and a non-aggression pact and hopes your nation does the same. Thoughts?"

The man leans back in his chair and brings his hand to his chin thinking for a good minute.

"A trade and Nonagressive pact hmm?, Alright i'll play along"

"I'm happy to hear that." said the diplomat. "Any further issues you would like to deal with? Or shall i shake your hand and be off?"

A Japanese diplomat arrives to negotiate with the Imperial Coalition. She comes wearing Imperial Empire emblazoned arctic wear, along with two body guards.

The guards let her in and show her around. then bring her to the meeting room (ive already done the description)

"Have a seat"

"Thank you and Konnichiwa. It is quite a cold country you have here... Anyway, if you aren't already aware, I am a representative of the Japanese Imperial Empire. I come here to request trading between our two nations."

The man thinks for a moment, a Trade agreement you say, alright then but i need to wrap up my meeting with some other diplomats first *indicates the african diplomats in still in the room*

Realizing he was noticed, the diplomat smiled and introduced himself. "Hello, I'm from the UPSA, how may I be of service?"

The Japanese diplomat stands up to introduce herself.
"Konichiwa. I am Watoga Sumiko, a representative of the Imperial Japanese Empire."

"Ah yes, I've heard of your Nation before, many good things. Quite far away from home, no? Anyways, since we're are both here, why don't we discuss relations of our own after our dealings with the NIC are finished?"

The woman nods twice and speaks up, "Yes, that would be a good idea. It would save us both time in the future."

She sits back in her chair, to continue diplomacy.

"Ok then, no further issues, We can have the papers drawn up here at the embassy if you like otherwise your free to go"

"As you were saying miss?"

"Trade. I would like to open trade between our two nations. That is all I have to offer today."

Fair enough, you've got yourself a trade agreement

"Arigato!" answers back the female representative.
She turns to the African.
"While I am on buisness here, I would also like to ask if our nation could have trade with your nation."

"I don't see why not." answered the diplomat. "And with that I must be off, goodbye friends."

"Likewise. Sayonara."
With that, she departs.

*A diplomat from the GLAU arrives in a car bearing said country's markers. He exits the vehicle and enters the embassy, he shows his ID to the clerk in the lobby. He is diplomat Jairo Mena Merez and he has come to propose a trading agreement.*

The clerk signs him in and refers him up to the meeting room and gives him a two guard escort
the Guards escort the diplomat to the meeting room

"I would like to extend a trading agreement to the NIC and a non aggression pact."
