Invitation
Dignitaries and esteemed guests from every nation are invited to the wedding of the British Monarch. Please state intent to attend and arrive in London prior to the the event's start. RSVP.

This is a peaceful event, so weapons, assassins, excessive personal guard units, and armored columns are discouraged. The King's Royal Guard will preside over security of the event and secure safety of all guests.

Actually, Don't bother with RSVP, now that I think about it more. I'll assume people made reservations before. You can still state intent to attend, and provide messages of congratulations or establish any pre-existing relationship to these two characters.
In addition, any characters you are sending may arrive in London at this time, though the wedding won't start until later, but it's a fine city and the government is offering accommodations if you don't want to secure your own.

Linda Barret will attend and pay for her own accomodations

Luke Grumming will attend for Superior.

Premier Joseph Alekseev intends to attend. However, he will not be able to until discussions in Germany have finished. He hopes this is not a problem.

Diplomat Jairo Mena Merez will attend in place of President Alfonse Heria Ortiz since he is busying himself in diplomatic matters at the moment. Jairo will stay at the provided accommodations.

Ambassador Vince Stalón wishes to accept the invitation on behalf of NUCA. He finishes his immediate work and as soon as arrangements are finalized, he takes a plane to London and makes his temporary home in a nice hotel near the church. For now, he sends a message of good wishes to the King and Future-Queen and prepares for the wedding.

Ah...

OOC: While this is one "day" for the characters, it obviously going to take multiple days of real life. As such, characters won't be making references to events happening in other threads, since those events haven't happened yet in the wedding. This also means that characters in this threads can be in other threads at the same time, since it can be assumed that they'll have been here for a day or two and then left to do other stuff.

The sunrise over the palace grounds greeted Charles IV as he readied himself for the big day. He turned away from the window and faced a mirror, to better position his numerous medals and honors for visual effect; he only had his fiancée, her family, and his nation to impress, after all. Charles wished his father was still alive to be at his son's wedding, but he knew that his father would be proud of him regardless. He sighed to himself and left his dressing room, prepared for the new day.

Later that day, at Buckingham Palace, important British people and dignitaries from many nations begin to arrive for the state dinner. It is to be held in a large, extravagantly decorated room designed for official meals.

English important people Lord Burly, Lord Hever, Earl Liverpool, Lord Norwich, Duke Manchester, Sir Bradley, and Sir Payens arrive at the palace and mingle.

Charles IV and Joan are not due to arrive for the event just yet. At this time, it is mostly just nations' dignitaries doing whatever.

Ambassador Vince Stalón arrives at the palace carrying a small box no bigger than a case for eye glasses. The box is made out of very smooth maple wood with the initials "J.G." engraved in the top. Stalón keeps the box on his person as he mingles with the other guests.

Lord Rommel, Reichsminister von Essen, and Hank arrive. Hank wears his customary katana across his back, but no other weapons are present (or at least apparent).

When Hank is being screen by the guards, they notice the obvious weapon immediately. This causes them to perform an especially thorough search on all arrivals from the German Empire. Hank is allowed his katana, though he is watched closely throughout the entire events.

((Other weapons are found on both characters, unless in some ridiculous place like under the skin or in his rectum))
