Advanced Underground Construction: Becuase the Antartic Landscape is so harsh NIC engineers have built the cities partially below ground and have an underground roadway system linking them together.
Air attacks and Orbital attacks against NIC cities is much less effective. Earthquakes do more damage to NIC cities and infastructure. (Also might make colonizing the moon slightly easier)
Infantry Ingenuity: Due to the lack of resources to make large numbers tanks or fuel to power large amounts of aircraft the NIC military was built around the Its infantry, All NIC infantry have extra training and more advanced gear.
All types NIC infantry (excluding militia, including Indigo teams) 10% are more combat effective this bonus increases when on antartic soil and when in cover (to 20%).
Economy: 18(building)+4(Special)+ 10(trade)+ 6(TC)=38
Total Production Points: 10(Provinces) 12(Econ) 2(Happy) (24 Total)
Population Happiness: 50% 30%(Building) 40(Econ)
Army Moral: 50% 15%(Building)
Unique Unit: Project "Indigo" Soldier (Indigo Teams): Coming in teams of Usually 5-6 Indigo teams are equiped with Sealed power armored suits and Genetic Enhancements (Stronger bones,Enchanced Eyesight, Immunity to Disease and Biological Agents)After usually several years of intense training Indigo members are dropped behind enemy lines to Destroy infastructure and defenses before the major battle. When the battle starts Indigo team members secure vital areas and await extraction thier job usually already done by that point.
The more teams working in a region the more effective each team becomes as they will usually compete amongst themselves to see who can be the more efficient and dangerous squad in the NIC arsenal
