Observations
While most countries seem to be well rounded, both Usonia and the German Empire( and to a lesser extent the Empire of the Rising Sun) a paradigms of a certain philosophy (culture and military; respectively). This, combined with the shocking lack of culture in participating nations, means that Usonia propagates almost of a fifth of all cultural pursuits. The flip side is that while strong in one area, the above mentioned are sacrifice all others, especial economic growth, which is in contrast to the robust production focused attitude of the rest of the world at large. Additionally, military strength saw the widest range of values while culture (discounting the outlier) saw the narrowest.
