A Norwegian transport ship arrives in a Japanese port. A limo and escort drive up to the government building in Hiroshima.

The Norwegian diplomat Yuverzenetiki exits the black limousine and approaches the steps.

A diplomat with two guards armed with rifles on either side of him walk up to greet him.
"Ahh Konichiwa! What brings you to Hiroshima Yuverzenetiki-san?"

"Our government wishes to extend our reach even to the far reaches of the globe. We intend to establish trade between our two nations, and a possible N.A.P. Do you accept?"

"Trade yes, however, you are to far away of a nation for us to need to access a non-aggression pact. We will accept the trade only, if that is okay with you!"

"Yes, yes of course." Yuvertenzentiki

The nameless diplomat smiles widely at the response. "Domo Arigato! Have a nice trip home!"

A boat carrying a representative of the The Glorious People's Republic of The Bering Strait is requesting permission to dock, and a meeting with your minister of foreign affairs.

The representatives are granted access into the port and are then escorted to the Hiroshima Government building. The Minister of Foriegn Affairs greats them and opens discussion:
"Domo! I hear that you wish to hold a meeting with me? Well then, I accept. What is it you wish to discuss?"

"I wish to discuss the formation of a trade agreement and a non aggression pact between our two great nations, as I believe we could both benefit from this."

The Foriegn Affairs Minister nods " Yes, I believe we can benifit from this. I accept."

"We thank you for yor time, and believe that this meeting has benefitted us both." The diplomat said, before departing.

*A representative from the GLAU arrives at the Hiroshima government building and proposes a trade agreement.*

The diplomat is allowed to land and is escorted into the building to begin discussions.
A man greets them/him/her/it.
"Domo. I hear you wish to discuss a trade agreement, hmm?"

"Yes that is correct" The diplomat says, straightening his tie. "We believe that the different consumer goods that our nations produce would sell well in each others nations. It would be mutually beneficial."

The Japanese man nods his head in approval.
"Yes of course, that is true. I believe there is no harm in open trade and therefore accept your offer."

The Usonian State Department makes contact and sets up a meeting. On the day of that meeting, a single representative, well attired, arrives and makes his way to the person this concerns. He comes with one goal, to ensure open trade (a trade agreement).
"So, as you are probably aware, I am here for one broad topic. I wish to establish open borders for our citizen and trade good, so that properly check goods and people with legitmate passports won;t be thwarted by political machinations beyond their control. Will you help us take this small step to make the world a better place?"

*An envoy of the People's Republic of the Bering Strait contacts the Empire of the Rising Sun with the intent of setting up a meeting with your country, in the hopes of setting up an alliance.*

The Reichstag contacts the Hiroshima Government Building to setup a diplomatic meeting.

The Empire of the Rising Sun agree's to hold a meeting with a german official(s).

The German diplomat arrives at the appointed time.

"Greetings. I am here on behalf of the German Empire to request an alliance with your nation, as a fellow member of the World Union."
