i looked over it and put in what stats you'd have with this set up

buildings are fine PP-wise, but you do have like 20 extra culture PP
Military is fine if Spider Mecha cost 20 PPs (i can't remember how much they cost, but that's how many points were left when I counted everything else)

You said the mecha spiders cost 14pp and i accidentaly used extra culture poinrs into buildings, ill fix it
