*1 VTOL transport with the UUS flag painted on the side, 2 unmarked Combine/Assault Helicopters, and 2 unmarked Attack Helicopter escorts approch the boarder to NUCA territory*

"This is the president of the United Utopian States, I request clearence to land at an airport, I also Request the audience of his magesty King Michael II at his Diplomatic Embassy."

" You have clearance, follow our escort to the airport", "you may also seek counsel with our leader, but remember we are seeking allies and trading agreements to confront forces we find..... less then significant to the grand scheme of this world". Escort leads the company to the airport.

*the VTOL Aircraft and helicpters set down on a runway*

*a humvee is unloaded from the VTOL aircraft as Persident Henry gets out of the Pilot position of the VTOL aircraft*

*after looking around a little he gets into the Humvee and follows the Escorts to the Embassy*

A group of armed guards walks down the embassy stairs to reviel our president who reaches out a hand for a peaceful hand shake

*Henry returns the hand shake*

"hello your magisty, i am President Henry of the United Utopian States, i have come to talk about diplomacy between our fine nations"

" It is good to see you sir and i hold you in the utmost esteem", they slowly walk into the embassy. "I have heard of your disagreement with The Empire of Japan... most perplexing" Both Presidents leave their guards behind as a sign of trust.

"hmm, yes...I have come to your fine contry for an act of peace...i wish to make trade between our contrys and a nonagression pact"

"Thank you for your generious offer, alas i believe more meetings and talks are in order before this pact", president sighs," i accept the trade agreement and will consider the pact and shall notify you on my dicision tomorrow." Doors open and my guards walk in along with yours, " You may rest within chambers that have been prepared all of you, i hope it fits all of your needs." Michael the II stands there waiting with a pondering stare.

"i am very sorry but i have another opointment elsewhere, do you wish to finnish our talks now, or do you wish to message me your dissision at a later time?"

The Usonian State Department makes contact and sets up a meeting. On the day of that meeting, a single representative, well attired, arrives and makes his way to the person this concerns. He comes with one goal, to ensure open trade (a trade agreement).
"So, as you are probably aware, I am here for one broad topic. I wish to establish open borders for our citizen and trade good, so that properly check goods and people with legitmate passports won;t be thwarted by political machinations beyond their control.
