- The primary goal of the Nationally United Confederate Army, often referred to by its citizens as the "Brazilian Confederacy" or even just the "Confederacy," is to promote prosperity for its people and safety for its citizens and neighbors. After being plunged into devastating civil war, the countries of South America split and their people were left in chaos. The reason for the Confederacy's creation is to improve upon life in South America. As a Confederacy, the people are allowed to establish a government in their state that can best suit their unique needs, while still maintaining strong ties to other states through the national government.
Most governing responsibilities are done at the state level. This means that the national government is not large or expensive. The most important responsibilities of the national government are maintaining and directing the military, handling all foreign relations, printing and coining Confederate dollars, and ensuring healthy relationships among the states and fair treatment of citizens. States are required to maintain free trade with one another. Also, the national government may override a state government if it feels the government is no longer representative of its citizens. Each of the listed responsibilities are reserved solely for the national government, but all other issues may be handled by state governments.
The national government is divided into two branches: legislative and executive. The first of these branches, legislative, is comprised of the Confederate National Assembly (CNA) and is responsible for the creation of laws. Each state is allowed five delegates in the CNA, chosen through whatever method the state government deems fit. When five delegates of a single state vote on an issue, the majority determines that state's vote. For any measure to pass, it must win a 2/3 majority of state votes and a 3/5 majority of votes from individual delegates. In addition to laws, the CNA is also responsible for issuing declarations of war and official agreements between nations.
The executive branch consists of only the President, his advisers (or "secretaries"), and the Confederate Embassy. The President's job is to be an advocate for the people of the Confederacy. He acts as supreme commander for the military and can challenge CNA laws by issuing a public poll, although this is rare. The CNA is also allowed to create public polls to remove the president from office Secretaries, including the speaker of the Confederate Embassy, are appointed by the President at his own discretion. The embassy is responsible for holding official diplomatic meetings and conducting relations with nations when the president is unable to.
Public polls are established by the national government in districts of equal population across the nation. Each district's vote is voted on by the people in that district. If a 3/5 majority of districts are in opposition, the law is vetoed or the president is removed immediately following a new public election. Votes for choosing the president President, who is publicly elected every five years, are gathered in the same way, although he must only secure a 1/2 majority to win.

Unique Unit:
Terror Drones
Remote controlled drones who, at a distance, resemble a four-legged spider. This design makes them versatile and quick. The drones either sneak up on an enemy vehicle or swarm en mass, then drill though the armor and disable the vehicle from within. If necessary, the drones may also be detonated, releasing a small EMP burst that temporarily disables nearby electronics.
Through dedicated research, scientists of the Confederacy have made many improvements to the original design of the Terror Drone. The armor is now much stronger, making it nearly impervious to small arms fire. The drone's are now capable of 'swimming' underwater, allowing them to attack naval units, and, by utilizing a unique alloy, the drill has been revised so that it may now break through almost anything. Through advanced computing and mechanics, terror drones are able to travel much faster than before and can even climb on walls or ceilings. Lastly, the electro-magnetic pulse has been upgraded to a larger range, causing much more havoc when the drone is forced to detonate.
