We need to decide on regional security councilors, such that we can make a security council. Again, since no one else was doing it, I will. I'm sick of waiting for someone else to care enough to take charge.

We'll need to discern some method of breaking a tie for Asia and South America, in the event that both nations in both regions want the seat.

At this time, the German Empire would like to nominate itself for the European seat. We have proven time and time again to be a dedicated member to the World Union. We certainly feel that we are worthy of representing Europe on the security council.

There really isn't much of a better way. We could do the two nations from each region with the most nominations move into a final vote, but this doesn't solve the problem proffered.

UPSA wishes to nominate itself for the African seat. UPSA was the main founder of the Federation of Africa and along with its fellow Federation members, made an oath to protect all of the African people. UPSA has been able to maintain peaceful negotiations with all its fellow Africans, never having it escalate into violence of any kind. So what better representative can there be?

(Also why is Tim in two regions? I know he has spots in two, but thats unfair, it gives him a better chance to be on the security council. I say that he goes into the region he has most. He only has one in Africa anyways.)

A European Union member running for council in Africa? I hardly think that is fair. A clear majority of your nation is based in Europe. A nation should not be able to make major decisions for a region because they have a single territory there. That defeats the purpose of representation.

"The Main Purpose of the council is to prevent regions with large amounts of members from gaining to much power in the world union as a whole, Regions with a majority of nations in one region, are to be considered members in that region, especially when they are a member in a league also based in said region, A nation's trustworthyness is called into question when they will forsaken thier league and main region to run for office in another for political sway"

"The main purpose of the security council was to ensure that every region had its say. It was to ensure that African nations, and thus African issues, had an equal say in decision making. Any nation with a stake in African issues should have a say on who represents them. I personally do not think that Gibraltaria should represent Africa, but they should at least be allowed the right to, should the other African nations be so inclined."
